Job description: Minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisors role, with a knowledge of and experience in the jewellery industry. Key responsibilities: *Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. *Achieve targets and goals. *Maintain high standards throughout the store.*Motivate and organise the team to achieve the best results.*Receive deliveries and organise stock.*Look after all aspects of the store when the manager is away and undertake any other duties the manager requires.*Follow cashing up procedures.Essential Skills: Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner,be passionate about retail, reliable and able to deal with conflict.
