Watchfinder & Co are looking for a Store Manager to join their new store at intu Lakeside.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our Brand-New store at intu Lakeside shopping centre. In this exciting role, the Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the staff, stock management, and customer service at our intu Lakeside location. You shall also be responsible for achieving sales objectives and achieving high operational standards and goals, by building and motivating the sales team and developing your team. 

A driven Luxury Store Manager who can motivate your team by positive reinforcement and offering your expertise to develop their experience and knowledge. As a store manager, you are a role model and represent the Watchfinder Brand with confidence and ambition. You are results driven and able to bring insightful ideas to the table to create a profitable and successful intu Lakeside store. As a leader, you will oversee employee performance and ensure that you are guiding your team and supporting their development needs always. You are passionate about our luxury products and the direction that the industry is heading. 


Store Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service at all time 
  • Develop and craft sales strategies to ensure the successful delivery of revenue forecasts 
  • Train and develop Sales Advisors to ensure that they are meeting personal target and objectives 
  • Collaborate with Head of Retail and Head Office staff to ensure that all operational procedures are followed 
  • Maintain a collaborative working environment for your store 
  • Manage staff rotas and personnel procedures at store level.
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising 
  • Overseeing and being accountable for cash handling and procedures relating to payments 


  • Previous line management experience within a luxury retail environment 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial awareness
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude to achieve personal and store goals
  • Passion for our products and our brand 
  • Strong negotiation experience 
  • Good understanding and practice of HR procedures 
  • Fair, empathetic and committed to the business and the well-being of your team 
  • An analytical and reflective mindset.
