This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic and conscientious candidate to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is allocated to the correct departments for the completion of daily tasks. Administrators will help to assign work and as Stock Controller you will be moving all stock to and from the stores, allocated departments including the dispatch department. You are also communicating with customers and delivering a friendly, efficient and excellent service. You will manage customer expectations and keep them updated on any deliveries, delays or due dates at all times. Duties will include:
Overall responsibility for in-store stock management, undertaking daily stock takes
Act as an integral part of our quality control process.
Liaise with members of staff/customers to keep them up to date with due dates, delays etc by telephone and emai
Identify and deal proactively with any delays or problems that may arise.
Liaising with Head Office Stock manager to raise concerns or issues in real time
Merchandise all display cabinets to a high standard
Liaising with Dispatch to process incoming and outgoing internal deliveries
Booking in returned watches
Managing and auditing the boxes held in store
Ensure the general housekeeping of stock room and watches/boxed stored in the office
Planning of the day’s appointments, ensuring that all watches are set up and placed in the collection area
