Intu Retail Services are currently seeking a Building Services Team Leader to work as part of the Technical Services team.
As a Team Leader within the Technical Services department of the business you will supervise other team members and contractors, ensuring maintenance and repair in the common areas are completed, using a wide variety of general maintenance duties including but not limited to general repairs, painting and manual handling.
Working with Maintenance Manager, Technical Services Manager and Operations Managers in consolidated approach to World Class Service and enabling best practice.
This role will include a variety of tasks including the following. Management and development of site based maintenance team to ensure excellence in customer service and operational delivery.
To oversee reactive repairs and PPM maintenance to the building fabric. To provide monthly energy consumption figures against previous year. To monitor and schedule BMS plant operation and deliver energy efficiencies. Monitor technical teams work requests in line with outstanding monthly tasks.
To attend meetings and training provided by intu Retail Services on operation related subjects, assist Maintenance Manager to achieve compliance with all work related Health and Safety regulations at all times. Any other reasonable task requested by a member of the management team. Leading, managing and motivating maintenance teams of varied functionality to achieve targets and objectives. To obtain quotations for annual life-cycle works Working in advance of budget forecast.
Working knowledge of maintenance , IT systems and IP based technology - BMS/CAFM/water treatment systems.
Ensuring all operational services and agreed objectives are delivered on time, and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement requirements, via your team.
