Acqua di Parma (Debenhams) are looking for a Beauty Consultant to join their team at intu Lakeside.

As a Beauty Consultant for Acqua di Parma, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Acqua di Parma at all times.
To pro-actively sell Acqua di Parma products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
To pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average sale value and average sale units
To be knowledgeable on all Acqua di Parma products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections
Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each products
To initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping
To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs
To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty
To educate clients on Acqua di Parma products and the brand
To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines
To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Department Manager and Area Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels
To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
To be an Acqua di Parma brand ambassador and representative at all times
To adhere to all Company procedures and policies
To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

You will be driven and results orientated, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity.
Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale. Through excellent communication skills, you will be able to identify key items that would suit the customers’ needs.
