For your convenience lifts are located on all floors, at the Central Atrium, next to House of Fraser and next to Debenhams.
Our clean, spacious toilets (and disabled toilets) can be found on Levels 1 & 3 of the centre.
You'll find them on Level 1 beside House of Fraser and Debenhams at either end of the centre. You'll also find them on the Food Court on Level 3 next to Primark.

The Chapel is a quiet place of worship, away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre – and offers people of all religions somewhere quiet to reflect, pray or simply relax.
The Chaplaincy service is available to everyone at intu Lakeside and caters for people of all faiths and backgrounds.
Find the Chapel on Level 3 near the public toilets. It's open throughout intu Lakeside's normal shopping hours, so feel free to visit any time you like. Alternatively, call the Chaplaincy Office on 01708 450083.
Need a bit of style inspiration? If you’re looking for some top tips on how to look great then our personal stylist service will prove very helpful! It’s completely free and independent service which includes a consultation of up to 30 minutes, followed by an hour and a half of shopping with your stylist. All designed to help you find what styles, colours and cuts suit your shape, personality and budget.

Here at intu Lakeside we understand the needs of our disabled customers, we constantly strive to make your shopping experience with us a happy, effortless and enjoyable one.
We have multiple disabled toilets to make your experience at the centre hassle-free. You will need a radar key to access these, which can be found with the nearest member of intu Staff or for hire at Shop Mobility with the showing of a valid ID. You can find these on:
intu Lakeside’s assisted changing facility is located on Level 2, at the end of Brompton walk. The facility has a Horcher unilift track hoist, changing bench and a lima lift toilet. Please note that we do not provide slings and advise you to check with your sling manufacturer to ensure they are compatible. Due to the specialist needs of individuals intu Lakeside staff are unable to provide assistance in the use of this facility. Carers and support workers are welcome to become members rather than the individual using the facilities.
We also have 305 spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers in Car Park 10 (also known as Car Park Blue), and other dedicated spaces in car parks 3, 9 & 11.
intu Lakeside has a dedicated Shop Mobility Centre. You can access ShopMobility in Car Park 10 (also known as Car Park Blue) on Level 1. Wheelchairs and other mobility options are available free of charge and staff are always on hand to offer specialist advice on your needs. You can take your pick from a range of standard and powered wheelchairs, as well as powered scooters. Valid ID will need to be provided, and will be kept by the Guest Services team during your use of the ShopMobility service, and returned to you when the equipment is returned. Please call to check for availability of equipment before arrival.

Please ensure you have a valid disabled badge on display when parking in one of our disabled spaces. But don't panic if you've left your badge at home or haven't got one, our Shopmobility Team can give you a temporary badge to use for the day - simply ask a member of staff.
*Please note that two forms of identification are required when registering for membership and when hiring equipment for a one off visit. Customers will also be asked to complete a disclaimer form when hiring equipment. Please note that at least one form of identification must have the applicant's photo and current address.
