We know that intu Trafford Centre is treasured by so many and maybe that’s because it has the best brands while offering a place to eat, socialise and entertain the whole family.
What we particularly love is when we introduce someone new to the centre and they experience it for the first time. So as part of our Stand Out campaign, that’s exactly what we did when we worked with the lovely fashion blogger, Emily Valentine Parr from Style Lobster. Check out her top summer looks right here...
During the summer, it’s so important to have a casual outfit that works for any occasion and this one does just that. It’s a classic combination of a white shirt with black skinny jeans, both from Zara. I especially love the button detailing on the shirt. I wore mine with a rigid handle tote bag and a simple black sandal, also from Zara. Elegant and comfortable, it's perfect for a summer picnic or a roof terrace party.
This next look features one of this year's biggest trends: dad trainers. I love a pair of chunky trainers and these ones from Topshop are amazing. I always like to mix things up a little and here, I've matched them with this elegant Cut About Dress from Topshop Boutique. Throw in a pair of classic sunglasses and you’ve got a look that works for any summer occasion.
Sometimes a summer’s day calls for something light and floaty and this beautiful Whistles dress is just that. I love the print and it’s so easy to pair it with your favourite accessories. In this case, I’ve chosen earrings and sunglasses from Zara. As I said, I love a chunky shoe and these ones work with just about any outfit. The whole outfit is finished off with this amazing bag, which is so on-trend this season.
As you’ve seen already, I love a dress in summer, but sometimes I like to mix it up and rock a dress with something more casual. I selected a beautiful long patchwork dress from Zara and paired it with a washed-out denim jacket and these amazing boots. It creates a look that sets you out from the crowd but it is still simple and classy.
