Gluten-free eating involves a lot of time spent scanning food labels. Not fun. Anyone who is coeliac, allergic to gluten or simply looking to cut back on wheat products, will know that grabbing a quick bite for lunch that is a) satisfying and b) delicious, isn’t always easy.

But who says living the gluten-free lifestyle means having to sacrifice on flavour? Gone are the days of staring intently at ingredients on labels and scanning every sandwich combination because Pret a Manger have gone against the grain with a whole range of gluten-free offerings.

From delicious breakfast pots to new open-face sandwiches (made with Pret’s very own gluten-free bread, FYI), and desserts to finish off with, consider this your gluten-free cheat sheet…
