Lobster & prawn thermidor shells, £20 (serves four)


Kickstart any festive feast with a lavish dish of lobster and king prawns in white wine and brandy-infused sauce, all topped with cheese and served on scallop shells.

Sweet potato salad, £12.50 (serves 8)


Dig into a salad of potatoes marinated in chipotle sauce along with roasted red onion, red and yellow peppers plus baby kale.


For the vegetarians in your party, the first dish in this delectable duo is a salad of Santini tomatoes, mozzarella pearls and spinach leaves tossed in a basil oil dressing. The second is a lightly spiced couscous, with chickpeas, cranberries and apricots tossed in a honey and orange dressing. *Drool*

This sharing platter is comprised of 4 lobster tails, peeled Vietnamese black tiger prawns, Honduran king prawns, crab claws and two Orkney dressed crabs. All accompanied with Marie Rose sauce, garlic and lemon mayonnaise, fresh lemon wedges and parsley. Phew!

Traditional British outdoor-bred dry-cured gammon, £19.99 to £22.24 (serves 4)

Cutting down on red meat this year? This whole boneless sea bass stuffed with light salmon mousseline, king prawns, spinach and accompanied with hollandaise sauce is the perfect meat alternative.
