The fast growing Australian chain delighted intu Eldon Square shoppers with its range of fresh, healthy and tasty smoothies.
The new store is the twelfth UK Boost juice bar and the opening was greeted by a queue of eager shoppers from across Newcastle, with many excitedly gathering around intu Eldon Square before the opening.
The juice bar’s first customer was Newcastle local Kerry Whitfield. Kerry was rewarded with a Boost VIBE card, entitling her to free Boost juices and smoothies every week for a whole year and other benefits including a free Boost on her birthday and chances to win cool prizes throughout the year.
Kerry from Newcastle said: “I have been really looking forward to Boost’s arrival in Newcastle since I found out on Facebook a few weeks ago. I love smoothies so I couldn’t wait to see what Boost had to offer. When I got through the doors this morning, I tried a delicious ‘Passion Mango’ smoothie. Boost has now definitely become my new favourite bar!”
“I was so happy to be the first in the new store and to get my hands on a VIBE card – I’m looking forward to making my way through the Boost menu!”
Early arrivals were also treated to coupons and free tasters from Boost’s fruity menu throughout the morning.
Boost Juice UK’s co-founder and director, Dawn O’Sullivan said: “We’re overwhelmed with the response we have had from Newcastle, from the moment we announced we were opening to the people who came down to visit the store today - it’s been brilliant! We couldn’t have asked for a better reception this morning and the visitors to intu Eldon Square are definitely feeling fruity and healthy now!
“We think we’ve got something delicious, healthy and unique to offer customers – a winning combination any way you look at it – and we hope shoppers enjoy their new Boost juice bar.”
