And that’s where our Loss Prevention teams play their part. Whether it’s briefing our teams on potential situations, training them in security procedures or responding to emergencies, you’ll keep our stock secure and us safe every minute of every day.
Our Loss Prevention teams combine stock loss & risk expertise with a genuine passion for helping customers and colleagues. Everyone in retail ‘puts the customer at the heart of everything they do’ and it’s just as important in this role. You’ll take every opportunity to naturally engage with our customers promoting security through service in order to prevent loss before it happens.
You’ll be responsible for reducing risk and deterring incidents from occurring, confidently following company procedures at all times. You’ll advise colleagues on best practice, support with stock loss plans and conduct regular assessments, raising awareness of potential risk as appropriate to the right teams.
You’ll be well organised, highly proactive and love finding a way to overcome any obstacles that may present themselves. You’ll naturally work in a safe manner complying with legislation and policy and be comfortable managing difficult situations. You’ll work closely with all colleagues across the store so you’ll enjoy interacting across multiple teams to keep colleagues, stock and the store safe and secure.

Experience in a Security or Loss Prevention environment is preferable (including CCTV experience). We offer full training to ensure you are always up to speed on all the latest statutory and company guidelines.
We’re open 7 days a week and in this role you’ll need to be available to work 5 variable days per week including weekends.
