Autism Quiet Hours
Quiet hour will take place first Saturday of each month from 10am until 11am and the first Tuesday of each month from 9am until 10am.
We are partnering with the National Autistic Society (NAS) to support the Autism Hour campaign. During your visit, you'll notice some of the changes we've made to benefit our autistic customers.
All participating retailers, restaurants and leisure facilities will commit to a minimum of:
• Reducing noise of in store music and tannoy announcements: Overwhelming noise is a common barrier to austistic people accessing shops. Where possible, in-store announcements and other controllable noise will be reduced.
• Dimming lights: Wherever possible, while maintaining safe premises, lights will be dimmed.
• Sharing information: Information booklets and Autism guides will provided at our desks, plus our staff are trained to make your experience at intu Eldon Square a positive and hassle free one.
