Directions: From the A1, exit onto A184 toward Gateshead/Newcastle. The centre is clearly sign-posted from here.
If you're visiting after 5pm you can park for free in seven multi-storey car parks across the city between Monday and Saturday and shop late, until 8pm weekdays and 7pm Saturdays, thanks to NE1's Alive After Five scheme.

Monument (Tyne & Wear Metro - Green/Yellow lines): Providing fast and convenient links across the whole of Tyne & Wear, the Metro provides direct access into the shopping centre via a lift or a stairwell just inside our Grey’s Quarter entrance.
Monument station is in Metro Zone A / Network One Ticket Zone 1.
