intu Eldon Square is located in the heart of Newcastle city centre with several conveniently situated transport links and plenty of parking available in two adjacent car parks: Eldon Garden multi-storey (Sat nav: NE1 7RT; 449 spaces) and Eldon Square multi-storey (Sat nav: NE1 7RZ; 497 spaces). Whether you're travelling by bus, car, train, bike or on foot – getting here is easier than ever.

Directions: From the A1, exit onto A184 toward Gateshead/Newcastle. The centre is clearly sign-posted from here.
If you're visiting after 5pm you can park for free in seven multi-storey car parks across the city between Monday and Saturday and shop late, until 8pm weekdays and 7pm Saturdays, thanks to NE1's Alive After Five scheme.
Numerous buses come from all over Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Northumberland to intu Eldon Square.

There are two bus stations at Eldon Square and Haymarket, plus on-street stops at Blackett Street, Market Street and Pilgrim Street.
Monument (Tyne & Wear Metro - Green/Yellow lines): Providing fast and convenient links across the whole of Tyne & Wear, the Metro provides direct access into the shopping centre via a lift or a stairwell just inside our Grey’s Quarter entrance.
Monument station is in Metro Zone A / Network One Ticket Zone 1.

Cycle parking can be found on Northumberland Street, Blackett Street and Percy Street.

In the run up to the big day itself, we want to make sure everyone knows when the last buses, metros and trains will depart from intu Eldon Square.
All services generally run to normal timetables up to and including Sunday 23rd December, with variations between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day - we strongly advise to you check your times before travelling, just to be on the safe side!
Services return to their normal timetables from Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
