Job Description: Duties include delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times, and achieving sales and KPI’s in line with business objectives. You must be able to handle customer complaints and support the Store Manager in driving the business. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the store in the absence on the Store Manager leading by example.
Experience required: Previous experience working in a retail environment within both sales and service targets required. Previous supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
