Winter is here but for one lucky Norwich shopper, thoughts are turning to sun, sea and warmer climes.
Hayley Pegg, 46, from Sheringham, has been announced as the lucky winner of a £1,000 TUI gift voucher, courtesy of Norwich Airport, to spend on a holiday from Norwich. Hayley won the competition in the intu Chapelfield magazine.
And it’s not just Hayley who will be basking on the beach. Hayley’s mum, who celebrated her 70th birthday last month, will be jetting off too.
Hayley says; “I was ecstatic to hear I’d won this amazing prize, and will use the voucher to treat my Mum to a wonderful holiday to celebrate her special birthday; something I didn’t think I could afford to do. We might jet off to Tenerife to see in the New Year, or soak up some sunshine in Greece or Spain early next spring; decisions, decisions!”
Norwich Airport’s Managing Director, Richard Pace, added: “It was great to team up with intu Chapelfield and offer their customers the chance to win this fantastic prize. We look forward to welcoming Hayley and her Mum to Norwich Airport when they fly off to their chosen destination.”
Ben Allen, assistant marketing manager at intu Chapelfield adds; “We received over 2,500 competition entries from our summer magazine, so Hayley really is a very lucky winner. All the team at intu send their warmest congratulations and we wish them both a really memorable holiday.”
