Job Scope
As a Store Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations; including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. You will improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership and development of the people in your team. As a Luxottica ambassador you will role model the Luxottica characteristics and the Sunglass Hut culture.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations
  • Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge
  • Ensure all KPI targets & expectations are delivered
  • Ensure costs are kept to a minimum & stock loss is in within company guidelines
  • Regularly analyse sales performance, maximising strengths & reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement
  • Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines
  • Recruit, lead, motivate and inspire your team to succeed in store as well as support them in developing their careers with Sunglass Hut
  • Ensuring that the store is always on top of the competition buy being commercial focused  Manage all legalities & Health & Safety of the business
  • Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Education & Experience

  • GCSE’s or equivalent experience
