Claire's Accessories is looking for a Store Manager.
As a Store Manager your responsibilities include sales and profit, customer service, store operations and team leadership. It’s up to you to achieve store retail targets by driving sales and delivering the greatest customer service possible to our customers.
To be a great Store Manager you need to be results-driven and customer-focused; with strong leadership skills and an impressive track record of sales and business results.
Claire’s Store Managers also recruit, train, manage and provide direction and development for each member of their store team. This means it’s your job to make sure store members are being motivated and challenged, fulfilling their potential and achieving results.
The position is for 40 hours a week, working 5 days from 7 and includes working at weekends and on bank holidays.
