As Sales Manager, you’ll head up a department to drive a shopping environment that’s simply out of this world – and you’ll have plenty of freedom to do things your way too. You’ll plan, set targets, inspire your team and do everything you can to ensure every customer who walks through the door comes back to us again and again. Ultimately, it’s about delivering the best premium shopping experience around, taking responsibility for a multi-million pound turnover – and making sure our colleagues know just what it takes to put on a show.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with a background in fashion retail. Someone who’s worked in a senior sales role before, or even as a store manager for a large fashion retailer – don’t worry, this isn’t a step down, it’s a huge operation, the bar’s set high and the rewards are pretty incredible too. A real leader with the ability to develop a team and be someone they can look up to, you’ll know exactly what it takes to deliver big results. Which is why you’ll need that rare combination of people skills, a strong commercial mindset and a genuine love of all things fashion.

Role Purpose: A sales floor role, focused on consistently delivering excellence in customer service and achieving KPIs through managing and coaching department sales teams, and role modelling desired behaviours.
