Natuzzi Italia is the UK’s number one retailer of Italian furniture, and we are seeking a part-time sales assistant to work 24 hours per week at our concession within House of Fraser Norwich.
Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s customer service and sales experience, preferably gained while working for a high-end furnishings, fashion or lifestyle brand.
The post will involve working shifts across a seven day week, and preference will be given to candidates who can be flexible in the hours they work.
It is also likely that the successful applicant will have an enthusiasm for interior design and enjoy interacting with customers and helping them choose the very best furniture and home furnishings to meet their requirements.
We expect our sales consultants to focus on the small details and to be able to engage, build rapport, impress and inspire our customers. You will therefore need a natural ability to nurture relationships but also the administrative skills to ensure that each customer is cared for long after they have left our concessions.
