Job Role:  Product Advisor
Grade   6, 7
Location:  Shop Based
Reports to:  Store Manager
Job summary: To be a product expert with your primary focus to advise customers with expert levels of knowledge about our product and brand. To support the delivery of all necessary operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Fantastic Customer Experience –
• Actively seeking opportunities to enable our customers to have a fantastic experience in our shops by
1. Having excellent knowledge of our product; fit, style, trends
2. Keep up to date with trends
3. Actively offering your knowledge openly and honestly to our customers
4. Actively looking for opportunities to make our customers’ day

Beautiful Shop at All Times –

• Ensure replenishment is carried out to expected levels
• Ensure all product is standardised to expected standards
• Ensure the shop is maintained and the house keeping is kept to expected levels
• Actively taking ownership for delivering standards wherever you are in the shop
• Actively feedback to your management team any product or customer opportunities you notice

Excellent Operational Procedures –

• Support the delivery of all back of house procedures
• Support the delivery of all delivery and transfer procedures
• Take full responsibility for accurate fulfilment of all required cash handling procedures
• Take responsibility for maintaining excellent standards throughout your shop
• Be a Brand Ambassador for the company at all times
