8 Hour Christmas Temp Sales Assistant:
To maximise sales, provide excellent customer care and to assist customers in the selection and purchase of products, always adhering to company standard policies and procedures.
To represent the Kiko brand to the highest standard in all daily activities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure that you maintain a professional behaviour at all times when on the premises (whether you are on shift or not). Remain calm at all times when dealing with customers and/or colleagues.
• Promote the brand by wearing KIKO products as part of your uniform in line with image and brand guidelines.
• Assist the management team during one off events. For example; stock take and promotional events.
• Adherence to brand values and traits at all times.
•Leading by example in store at all times with regards to sales, service and adhering to company polices and procedures.
As this is a Christmas temp role, applicants must be flexible to work late nights, weekends and Christmas bank holidays (Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.)
