intu Chapelfield has a multi-storey car park with 1,000 spaces, including disabled and parent and child spaces on two levels. Passenger lifts and escalators give easy access from the car park directly to the shopping centre. Accessible shopping bays are located on both levels of the car park.
Motorbikes are welcome in the centre car park free of charge. The car park is not suitable for bicycles, however bike racks are easily accessible close to Chapelfield Plain and on South Lane.
Please beware the maximum height for all vehicles is 2.2 metres.

Lost tickets are charged at the 8+ hours rate of £20. Please ask a member of staff for assistance if you lose your car park ticket.
The car park opens at 7.00am Monday - Saturday and 9.00am on Sunday with entry closing at 10pm. However, you can exit the car park at anytime - perfect if you're visiting the theatre or having dinner out. After the centre closes, entry and exit to the car park is via our Chantry Road entrance on Upper Ground (please use the lifts). This entrance is across from the Theatre Royal and Assembly House and just down from Chapelfield Plain.
Our car park provides easy, safe and direct access into the Centre for shoppers with little ones. There are 58 dedicated Parent and Child spaces, 12 on Car Park Level -1 and 46 on Car Park Level -2.
We have 49 spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers spread over both floors of our multi-storey car park. These are adjacent to the welcome halls to make accessibility as easy as possible. Please ensure you have a valid disabled badge on display when parking in one of our accessible spaces.
You can find 2 electrical parking points on Level -2 of our multi-storey car park. To use the charging points you will need to become a Source East member and bring your connector cable and Source East card/fob when you want to use the charging point.
Looking for an easier, stress-free trip in to visit us? Norwich Park & Ride service runs from 5 sites around the city, 6 days a week. Most services use bus lanes resulting in a speedy journey into the city. Check the website for bus times and the last bus back. Discounted fares apply after 12pm.
Service 501 (Airport/Thickthorn P&R) will operate an hour later on Thursdays between 16 November and 21 December 2017 with additional buses back from Norwich Bus Station at 21:00 and 21:30.
