By bike

Norwich and the surrounding area is well-suited for journeys by bicycle.

The Pedalways project has delivered a comprehensive cycle network of 58 miles running along seven colour-coded cycle routes, five of which (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink) criss-cross the city, all meeting at St Andrew's Plain. These are supported by inner (Orange) and outer (Purple) orbital routes which connect the radial routes to provide great cycle links into the centre from all directions.

intu Chapelfield is located directly on the Blue route (Wymondham-Sprowston), and is close to the Pink (N&N Hospital-Heartsease) and Yellow (Airport-Lakenham) routes.

You can view each Pedalway route on the official Norwich cycle map and corresponding signage has been installed along each route to help your find your way. Journeys can be planned by visiting the Cyclestreets (Norwich) website.
