Reporting to the Security Duty manager our Security Officers will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer services are provided to clients and visitors at the intu Broadmarsh. As the public face of the security team our security officers act with professionalism at all times, with a can do attitude in this highly influential role.
intu Broadmarsh is now seeking to recruit a Security Officer to cover our night operations. This role will be on a permanent contract, working 8.5 hours per day (22.00-.06.30) on a 6 week rolling pattern of 6 days on 3 days off. Key duties will include carrying out regular patrols of the site, ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, site processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies are met.
Successful candidates will be professional in their approach to the delivery of a customer focused security role, demonstrating professional and courteous behaviour in the execution of their security duties at all times.
To be successful in your application candidates must hold a current SIA Front Line or Door Supervision licence, demonstrate a track record in delivery security solutions to an internal client base, and have experience in delivery a high standard of customer service. Candidates should also have a first aid qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining one. Given the location and shift patterns at intu Broadmarsh candidates should also have access to their own transport or be able to use public transport to cover all working patterns.
