intu Broadmarsh is being redeveloped and preparatory works are now underway ahead of the main works starting in 2018. We'll be bringing exciting new brands and experiences to Nottingham that will compliment what's already on offer at intu Victoria Centre and the wider city, offering a whole range of new places to shop, eat, relax and play from day through to evening.

We've signed the UK’s largest tenpin bowling operator as our second leisure anchor for the redevelopment of intu Broadmarsh.
Broadmarsh car park, which is owned by Nottingham City Council, is now closed as part of the Broadmarsh area improvement plans. Not sure where to park from now on? Take a look at the map below from Nottingham City Council which shows you where you can park nearby. Our sister centre, intu Victoria Centre, also has spaces for over 2,700 cars.
The Broadmarsh Bus Station, which is owned by Nottingham City Council, is now closed for redevelopment. Take a look at the handy guide below to see alternative bus stops and routes.
We're pleased to announce the signing of The Light Cinemas, who will be joining the all new intu Broadmarsh. The Light Cinemas offer a unique, premium cinema experience and will be bringing a nine screen cinema to the redeveloped centre.
