Visit his magical grotto in association with Playmobil from Friday 24 November through to Christmas Eve. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our elves, you’ll notice that they’ve brought the snow with them all the way from Lapland!
Santa wouldn’t be able to travel all the way to Nottingham without his reindeer, take a pit stop at our virtual reindeer station and give a carrot to Rudolf, Dasher, Comet and Vixen.
The elves aren’t the only ones with magic in their fingertips this year either, even Santa has a trick up his sleeve for each child, resulting in an exciting Playmobil toy at the end of your visit for those little ducklings that are over 12 months. There will be a gift available for little ones under 12 months. All gifts are subject to availability.
After your own special meeting with Santa, each family will be able to buy a photo souvenir should you wish to.
Book in advance to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, when arriving at intu Broadmarsh, go straight to the grotto to book your visit. Due to popular demand, we recommend that you arrange your timeslot early.
We will be allocating Autism Hours on specific dates in December designed specifically for children with autism. There will be a reduced number of walk-up, no advanced booking tickets, available between 11am - 12pm on the following dates: 5 December, 6 December, 12 December and 13 December. subject to availability.

If you have a little ducking who's a bit too young to see Santa but you'd like to bring them in with the rest of your family that's fine. You can carry them in with no charge however they will not receive a gift. We will of course include them in the family photo for no charge.
Unfortunately not, but the nearest toilets are on the upper mall which can be easily accessed by the escalators. It is advised to visit the toilet before entering the Grotto.
We do have some seating available at the letter writing station before you go through to meet Santa.
Your visit to Santa’s magic grotto is likely to last around 20 minutes from start to finish taking queues into consideration.
No. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event and will be fully responsible for the child in their care.
If you choose not to book in advance, it may be possible to purchase a ticket on the day subject to availability on the day at the experience, however availability is not guaranteed. We reccomend that you pre-book your tickets in advance to avoid dissapointment.
Once you have placed your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will include your booking reference and golden ticket. Please ensure to bring this to the grotto.
You can book up to 10 tickets in advance, as long as there are tickets available in each time slot.
It is located on the lower mall next to Poundworld.
We recommend arriving anytime within your chosen time slot. All slots are for a group of customers, so you will be queuing with others. We will always do our utmost to keep on schedule, but please be aware at peak times there may be a queue.
There will be an enclosed area for buggies and pushchairs. Please note all buggies and belongings are left at your own risk.
There is full disability access throughout the grotto.
The grotto is suitable for children with disabilities, but we do recommend that you mention details of your child’s disability to the staff when you arrive, so they can adapt to your child’s needs accordingly.
Photos are not permitted within the grotto, but you will have an opportunity to have a professional photograph taken with Santa. This photograph will be available to purchase at the end of the grotto.
