Journey all the way to Lapland and back in our magical grotto experience in association with Playmobil at intu Broadmarsh from Friday 18 November through to Saturday 24 December.
Upon arrival you'll be greeted by one of Santa's elves who'll lead you through our very own Winter wonderland experience. Start off by writing your letter to Santa on the mall, remember to be nice, you wouldn't want to end up on the naughty list!
Continue through the trees and meet our Eskimos. Brrr, you'll notice they have brought the weather with them - don't forget to look up and see the snow fall around you.
Once you reach the stables take a pit stop at our virtual reindeer feeding station and give a carrot to Rudolf, Dasher Comet and Vixen. It's hungry work being a reindeer at Christmas.
The elves aren’t the only ones with magic in their fingertips this year either, even Santa has a trick up his sleeve for each child, resulting in a exciting Playmobil toy at the end of your visit for those little ducklings that are over 12 months.
