Come and play the incredible Lace Piano as part of the UK Young Artists City Takeover!
Inspired by the mechanics and intricate processes of a Leavers Lace Machine, and with accompanying soundtrack from the Cluny Lace Factory, the Lace Piano is a fully immersive, fun and multi-sensory experience for all. Over the weekend of 8 - 11 February children can come down and play the one-of-a-kind piano and on Saturday 9 February there will be free workshops where kids can create their own lace pianos and remix their very own lace music samplers.
The Lace Piano has been commissioned by UK Young Artists and created by multi-disciplinary artist Jenny Hibberd.
