Do you want to find out what happened when we challenged Glasgow's top Bloggers to #Dothelot with a £100 intu Gift Card? Of course you do!
After a call out on social media we found four brave, bubbly and 'up for it' bloggers, all ready to take on a day at intu Braehead with Shopping, Dining and Entertainment.
With our trusty videographer, we captured each of our new friends as they climb, ski, jump, shop, bump, putt and eat their way around intu Braehead
Ayden Millar is a Scottish lifestyle blogger based in Glasgow. Her blog 'Little Blog Of Horrors' started off as a university project while studying at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (now Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) where she was encouraged to keep an online journal of her work, experiences and reflections. Once Ayden discovered the fashion, beauty and lifestyle community which existed online, her blog started to develop into something much more personal and less uni related. 7 years later, Ayden works freelance in the art department for the TV industry and updates her blog on a weekly basis. On the Little Blog Horrors you can find everything from fashion to makeup, hair and skin care, tattoos, and her favourite places to eat, drink and play in Glasgow and beyond!
Established in 2009 Wendy blogs on Thankfifi about fashion, travel and life in Glasgow's West End with MrK and Tux (they're the furry ones). Featured in magazines including Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire for her fashion week streetstyle, Thankfifi has grown an international following, sharing her outfits and travels on her blog and social media channels. Wendy describes her style as 75% classic, 25% fashion victim with a lot of denim...
Hayley is a keyboard-tapping, microphone-touting, big bum-wielding lifestyle blogger, writer and entertainer hailing from the land down under. Disillusioned by her corporate life in London, Hayley quit her job, turfed her posh-workwear wardrobe, married her darling, got a dog, moved to Glasgow and simplified her life - prioritising creativity, experience and happiness over deadlines, stress and comparison. In her calling-card vintage-loving style, Hayley speaks on confidence, authenticity and creating the life you want, not the one you think you should. As well as her irreverent lifestyle blog www.loveisinthedetail.com, Hayley writes features for media and is known to host the odd vintage style tour
Paul is a dating blogger from Bishopbriggs just outside of Glasgow. He has been writing his blog for about 18 months now and has since written for FHM, The Evening Times and The Herald Scotland. Paul has made some TV and Radio appearances this year as a result of blogging and was was also a finalist at this year’s UK Blog Awards. Paul offers an honest male perspective on all things dating and relationships (sometimes too honest) but generally likes to keep topics lighthearted, amusing and fun!
