Lloyd Shoe Company Limited are a footwear concession company, operating served and self-service footwear departments in many of the Top UK fashion retailers. With 30 years of history retailing on the UK high street we pride ourselves on being experts in the Footwear Market and ensuring our product fits seamlessly with the brand we are retailing within. We are looking for staff who are passionate about the footwear and fashion market and will be enthused to serve customers in the Host brand environment and ensure they are receiving excellent customer service as well as spot on, relevant advice. Our staff are driven sales people who look to ensure their customers never leave without what they came in for on that visit.

We are looking for someone who is a standard setting, sales and service driven and fashion loving team leader. Our concession managers integrate and develop a healthy relationship with the Host brand working seamlessly together and along with a local market knowledge can identify opportunities and risks in order to maximise sales. We want someone who has the ability to commercially interpret and respond to information and instructions sent from head office and must be organised and able to understand and teach Health and Safety guidelines and back of house operational standards. Our concession managers must be a role model within their store that other sales assistants aspire to be like.
The successful candidate must have previous supervisor experience as well as a genuine love for the brand with a strong knowledge of fashion and trends. They must also have the ability to lead and motivate other team members and illustrate great service by example. They must be confident in connecting with our customers to provide them with excellent informed service ensuring that wherever possible every customer is able to purchase the item they wanted in store either on-line or by suggesting alternatives. They must have the ability to plan and organise including the skills to react to a fast paced retail environment which is constantly changing.
