The Rankin Challenge has been created by Paul Rankin and his team at Finnebrogue to bring true Irish sausages to the UK consumer. At present there isn’t much choice out there for Irish sausages and with the market brand leader only offering 42% meat in their products we decided to come up with a solution – something you are proud to serve your kids.
Our Rankin Selection Irish Family Sausages have been specially prepared using an authentic Irish recipe, developed by celebrity chef Paul Rankin. They have a meat content of 64%, all of which is prime cuts sourced from UK and Irish farms. The sausages contain no added fat and simply just taste better.
On paper our sausages sound great but do they really taste better too? We know you need to try before you buy!
So we developed the Rankin Challenge to let you do just that. But we wanted to make it more memorable, so we bought a VW campervan and decided to hit the road with our new sausages.
We’ll be stopping by intu Braehead Centre to let the public blind taste our sausages against the current market leader’s and watch while you reveal your favourite.
