intu Braehead is delighted to be part of Scotland's first ever national art trail- Oor Wullie's BIG Bucket Trail. We have sponsored Wullie the Paisley Buddie which will stand proudly on the Glasgow and the West trail for the next 11 weeks, before being auctioned at the end of the summer to raise vital funds for Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity.
Meet Wullie the Paisley Buddie
Wullie The Paisley Buddie is a quirky throwback to ‘70s textile and interior design. With his braw paisley patterned dungarees and ‘avocado’ bucket, he wouldn’t look at all out of place in that back bedroom at your granny’s house! The artist is Shona Heaney.
You can find him on the lower mall across from the Disney store. Take a selfie before popping the code into the Oor Wullie app and collecting your prize. Don't forget to tag us in your pics and use #OWBBT.
Meet Oor Wee Wullie Sculptures
Located on the lower mall at Costa and on the upper mall near Foot Asylum we have lots of wee Oor Wullie's that have lots of meaning for our local community.
