Stuart will be here on 27th April at 12.30, signing his gripping new standalone thriller, 'A Dark So Deadly'...Welcome to the Misfit Mob...It's where Police Scotland dumps the officers it doesn't want. No-one expected them to uncover links between an ancient stolen mummy and three missing young men, but right now they're the only thing standing between a killer's victims and a slow, lingering death. The question is, can they prove everyone wrong before the killer strikes again?
This event is free, but please arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
Robin Hobb on 3rd May at 12:30:
Waterstones is proud to host the legendary author Robin Hobb (undisputed queen of epic fantasy fiction!) on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 at 12:30pm, as she signs copies of her new novel. This is the thrilling conclusion to the Fitz & the Fool trilogy, and Robin will be with us signing "Assassin's Fate" ahead of the official publication date!
Best-known for her Farseer Trilogy, Robin Hobb (who also publishes under the name Megan Lindhlm) has been a major voice in contemporary fantasy writing since the 1990’s. Amongst her bestselling series are The Liveship Traders Trilogy, The Tawny Man Trilogy, The Soldier Son Trilogy and the four volume tale, The Rain Wilds Chronicles (beginning with Dragon Keeper) and most recently the Fitz and the Fool series.
This is a free event and does not require prior booking. However, Robin does not visit the UK very often, and we are thrilled that she has chosen to spend one of her seven days of touring the UK here with us. Due to the expected demand it is advisable to pre-order your book to guarantee you will have one to be signed - especially since 'Assassin's Fate' is not due to be published until the day after the signing here!
