Wine Club £10 First Case 1. Code "WINE10AF" deducts £10 off the first case when user signs up to the M&S Wine Club. 2. £10 off first case is available on both Club Classic and Club Reserva subscriptions. 3. Valid at 4. The voucher is only available to be used once per account and will only give discount on first case when customer signs up to the Wine Club and cannot be used on any subsequent cases. 7. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount voucher or code. 8. Cases ordered online are not currently available for collection in store. 9. Offer is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. 10. Any refunds will take into account this discount. 11. If you have opted out of marketing emails, please note that you will still receive service emails detailing the despatch details of your Wine Club cases. 12. All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a wine becoming unavailable, a substitute or similar wine of equal or greater value will be supplied. 13. Wine Club cases will have a minimum 25% discount off the recommended retail price. 14. All cases will contain detailed tasting notes and exclusive discount vouchers to be redeemed as stated on the vouchers. 15. Wine can only be purchased by and delivered to customers aged 18 and over. 16. All cases sent through the Wine Club are delivered free of charge. 17. Wine Club cases can be delivered to most UK addresses, Monday to Saturday between 7:30am to 6pm. 18. We cannot deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses or addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Islands). 19. You will receive your welcome case within 3-5 working days of signing up to the Wine Club. 20. You will receive subsequent cases in each of the following quarter months: February, May, August and November. 21. In each of those quarter months, your case will be delivered within 3-5 working days of the date in the month which is the same as the date on which you originally signed up to the Wine Club. For example, if you sign up to the Wine Club on 2 January, we will aim to deliver your subsequent cases within 3-5 working days following 2 February, 2 May, 2 August and 2 November. 22. Please note that deliveries to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some Scottish addresses may take up to 48 hours longer. 23. For the avoidance of doubt, cases will be delivered on a quarterly basis, and you cannot opt out of any quarterly delivery. 24. Amendments made within the 7 day period immediately before the quarterly delivery date may not come into effect until the following quarter. Amendments made at any other time, will have immediate effect. 25. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription within the 7 day period immediately before the quarterly delivery date, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation will take effect immediately. 26. You may still be charged for that delivery and your cancellation may not take effect until the following quarter. If you cancel at any other time, your cancellation will have immediate effect and no further payment will be taken. 27. For any amendments and cancellations visit ‘Edit your case’ which can be found under ‘Your Wine Club’ section of ‘My Account’ at 28. If you do not like a wine for any reason, you can report this to M&S and you will be offered a replacement. If you have any queries on this, call us on 0333 014 8000 and we’ll be happy to help. 29. If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. 30. Please note that you consent to our holding and using your credit card or other card details for the purpose of obtaining payment for each case of wine whilst you are on the Wine Club plan
