intu Metrocentre’s Pre-paid MasterCard makes an ideal gift. Gift Cards can be used at hundreds of stores, specialist shops and intu Metrocentre's restaurants and leisure attractions.

You can load up to £1,000 on a single card and it can be used as many times as necessary until the balance has been exhausted. Gift Cards are available to purchase from Customer Service Desks at intu Metrocentre or online. When making Cash purchases of £100 -£400 one form of ID will be required, for £400 and over one form of 'first class' ID or two forms of 'secondary' ID will need to be shown. Gift Cards purchased using a credit or debit card for values of £400 -£800 require one form of ID, loads of £800 and over require one form of 'first class' ID or two forms of 'secondary' ID. For all purchases we will ask for your name and address details.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

You may use your intu Gift Card within the majority of stores at intu Metrocentre.

Can I use it at any other intu centres?

Yes, you can use your intu Gift Card can be used at any of the following intu shopping centres: intu Braehead, intu Broadmarsh, intu Chapelfield, intu Derby, intu Eldon Square, intu Lakeside, intu Metrocentre, intu Merry Hill, intu Milton Keynes, intu Potteries, intu Uxbridge, intu Victoria Centre and intu Watford.

How do I use my Gift Card?

Simple! Firstly, sign the card on the reverse. Then present it to a participating retailer in the same way as any other debit card. The retailer will process the transaction and ask you to sign the receipt. It’s always a good idea to check your balance before spending on the card.

What do I do if I've lost my Gift Card?

If you lose your Gift Card or it is stolen or damaged please notify Flex-e-card immediately by telephoning Customer Services on 0844 774 4277. After you have notified us of the loss, theft or damage of your Gift Card and providing that we are able to identify your card and satisfy certain security checks, you will be able to collect a replacement card from the shopping centre according to instructions given to you by our customer support team. A cancellation and replacement fee of £5.95 per Gift Card will be deducted from the remaining balance on the Gift Card, or you may elect to pay the fee separately.

Are there any charges?

There is no charge to obtain an intu Gift Card, however please note fees and charges do apply for certain services as described in the terms and conditions Intu Gift Cards expire 12 months after issue. The exact expiry date of your Gift Card is shown on the receipt.

Does my Gift Card need to be activated?

If your Gift Card was purchased at a shopping centre it is already active.
If it was purchased online it will require activation. Please follow the instructions provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you need any assistance with card activation please contact Customer Services on 0844 774 4277.
