PARENT AND BABY ROOMS
We have two Parent Rooms with changing facilities, private areas for feeding and child-sized sinks and toilets. They also offer a mix of other family-friendly services including play areas and bottle warmers.
They are located:
1. Upper Mall in Eat Central / between Gap and Debenhams
2. Upper Mall near Sainsbury's and Burger King and next to Londis.
In addition to these dedicated facilities, the toilets within the centre on the Lower Mall near the Disney Store and on the Upper Mall near BHS offer a pull down changing facility.
intu Merry Hill is a child safe shopping centre and as part of our family facilities, we offer a hotline number to assist parents and guardians in finding children who have been separated from them whilst out shopping.
When you visit intu Merry Hill, you will be able to obtain free wristbands for your children from the Concierge desk located on the lower mall opposite Ernest Jones. A contact telephone number should be written on the wristband and in the event of your child being lost, you will be contacted quickly and reunited.
You can hire a Kiddy Car or a Little Shopper for a small hire charge of £7 (of which £5 is a returnable deposit) for as long as you like - to keep them entertained - just visit Concierge on the Lower Mall near Boots.
There's no time limit, but we do ask that you return your Kiddy Car or Little Shopper 60 minutes before the centre closes or as specified by the Concierge Team.
All you need is one form of identification from the list below:
Concessionary Travel Pass
