How can I edit my account details?

Once you log on to intu.co.uk, simply click on the 'My Account' icon on the top right of the page. You will be forwarded to your account dashboard, where you can edit your personal details, change a password and amend or save your addresses.

How can I change my email address?

You can change your email address by clicking on the 'Account Information ' tab after signing in to your account.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by ticking the 'Change password' box on the 'Account information' tab after signing in to your account.

How can I check my order history?

You can check your order history by clicking on the 'MY ORDERS' tab after signing in to your account.

Can I store more than one delivery address?

You can add more delivery addresses by clicking on the 'ADDRESS BOOK' tab after signing in to your account.

How can I receive your newsletters?

To receive our newsletters just login to your intu account. Click on the 'Newsletter Subscriptions' tab on the left hand side. Simply tick the 'General Subscription' box and you will be automatically added to our mailing list.

What should I do if I lose my gift card?

If you lose your Gift Card or it is stolen or damaged please notify Flex-e-card immediately by telephoning Customer Services on 0844 774 4277. For more details, please see your intu centre's Gift Card page.
