The intu Rewards Programme is provided by intu Shopping Centres plc.

How do I earn intu Gift Cards?

It’s easy to earn rewards with your intu Credit Card.

Spend £250 on card purchases on your new intu Credit Card in the first 90 days of opening your account and we’ll email you a £20 intu Gift Card code. Simply take this unique code within 12 months of receiving your email to your local intu centre and collect your intu Gift Card at customer services.

Spend £3,000 on card purchases within 1 year of account opening and you’ll earn another £20 intu Gift Card.

What’s more, you’ll receive an additional £20 intu Gift Card when you reach £5,000 on card purchases in the first year.

For every year after that we’ll give you a £10 intu Gift Card when you spend £3,000 on card purchases, and a £10 intu Gift Card if you reach £5,000.

You will not be able to earn intu Gift Card rewards if you are in breach of your terms and conditions, for example if you haven't paid on time or have gone over your credit limit.

How do I get my hands on the intu Gift Card?

Within 60 days of reaching the spend threshold we will send you a unique code by email. Simply take this unique code within 12 months of receiving your email to your local intu centre and collect your intu Gift Card at customer services.

intu Gift Cards can be spent in any intu shopping centre in the UK, at participating retailers that accept Mastercard. Remember to check the expiry date on the intu Gift Cards you receive – they’re valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

I’ve reached the threshold but I’ve still not received my intu Gift Card?

Remember to check the email account you used to register for the intu Credit Card.

We’ll email you within 60 days of reaching the spend threshold, but if you haven’t received a message from us within 60 days then please check your junk folder.

If you still can’t find the email, contact the MBNA team at mbna.co.uk/support/contact-us.

Remember, you must reach your threshold before the first and subsequent anniversary dates to be eligible for the intu Gift Card. For full details see the Rewards Programme Rules at intu.co.uk/creditcard/programme-rules.

What happens if I don’t reach any threshold levels within a year?

If your intu Credit Card spend doesn’t reach the threshold before the anniversary of your account opening, the value of the total spend you have made in that year will be reset to zero and will not count towards the following years spend total. For full details see the Rewards Programme Rules at intu.co.uk/creditcard/programme-rules.

We regularly update the offers here so keep checking back to make sure you don’t miss out on anything.
